These beautifully restored self catering holiday homes offer a relaxing holiday in the Dordogne, France for an unforgetable holiday experience. Les Glycines sleeps eight and Les Tilleuls sleeps seven. Both self catering holiday apartments provide 2 folding beds and a cot and high chair. The attic rooms are not accessible from either holiday accommodation so parents need not fear that children can reach this floor. Each holiday accommodation has its own separate floodlit terrace with outdoor tables and chairs and a barbecue for outdoor meals on a warm summer's evening. Small children are catered for with a baby swing, sandpits, a picnic table and a small slide. There are some bikes and an inflatable paddling pool suitable for little children. There are also a selection of bikes for bigger children and adults for which there is no charge, and there is a badminton area further down the garden. Petanque sets are provided and you can play anywhere you wish. Further away from the house, in the wooded area of the garden can be found a set of swings. Another set of swings is situated near the heated swimming pool. A games room is new for 2005. Situated behind the main building, in a converted barn, it contains table tennis and various other games and occupations for children as well as a multigym for energetic parents. Les Tilleuls	The private patios facing the heated swimming pool, separated one from the other by a jasmine and honeysuckle trellis provide an idyllic setting for al fresco meals and barbeques, whilst the play area offers plenty of scope for small children The children's play area is next to the heated swimming pool, separated by a wooden fence with heavily sprung gates for security	Les Glycines
The house is surrounded by a large, well-cared for garden, consisting of large grassy areas, some flower beds and some unusual trees. There are benches and seats around for you to find a quiet place to read or relax in the sunshine or shade. Petanque can be played anywhere in the garden. There is also a badminton set, a football net and a selection of chidren's bicycles. Several adult bicycles are also available for which there is no charge. The heated swimming pool measures 11.5x5 metres and is the salination type (no sore eyes). It has a large poolside terrace, poolside loungers and parasols, underwater lighting as well as poolside lights. It is securely fenced for child safety, has a safety ledge all round, and the gates are heavily sprung. There are 3 wide steps all the way across the shallow end which are used a lot by small children., the first one being in about 20 cms of water. The pool is heated from mid May to mid September. A short walk from the property, along a quiet lane, is a large and well stocked fishing lake. All our visitors may fish here. It adjoins the footpath taken by St Jacques de Compostelle on one of his pilgrimages.
